Our weekly meals.

Let me explain to you a little how our weekly meals go.

We have a few spots left for our Friday night deliveries. We deliver to St-Étienne-de-Beauharnois, Beauharnois, Lery, Châteauguay, Verdun, Île des Soeurs and Notre Dame de Grâce between 6 and 9 pm. On Monday mornings, I send the menu via email.

Here is an example of the menu:

# 1- Breakfast tofu scramble with kale, sautéed onions and hash browns. 500ml $8

# 2- Serbian style soup, with paprika, tomato and garlic broth with black beans, kale, rutabaga and potatoes. 500ml $8

# 3- Barley pilaf with maple braised cabbage, and stewed green lentils. 500ml $9

# 4- Rutabaga bhajis and spiced onions with green salad, hemp seeds and sweet and sour vinaigrette. 750ml $11

# 5- Root and quinoa salad, with marinated onions and apple, maple and paprika vinaigrette. 500ml $10

# 6- Oatmeal and blueberry muffins with maple and spice icing. $7

# 7- Iced herbal tea; roses, lemon balm and chamomile with maple syrup and ginger. $6

# 8- Garden salt: liveche, nasturtium leaves, beet leaves, vetch, chive flowers, nutrional yeast and pink salt. $7

# 9- Sauerkraut; garlic, paprika and black radishes. $6

# 10- Bunch of rhubarb. $7

# 11- Bouquet of herbs: oregano, thyme, savory, chives.

You have until Wednesday morning to send your order. I cook on Thursdays and Fridays before noon, and Samuel leaves around 5 p.m. to deliver your dishes. All meals are in mason jars, placed in a small basket and delivered in a isothermal bag. Before delivery, you place your basket and jars from the previous week in front of your door. Samuel will call you when he's on his way. Upon reception, Samuel places your basket in front of your door and picks up the old one.

* He leaves you the isothermal bag only if you are not there. Either way, the bags should not be left outside for more than half an hour. (especially in the summer.) Delivery is free for all orders of $50 or more. We take payments via interact transfer or cash. You only pay upon receipt. If you just want to try the meals, that's ok too. We'll charge you the mason jars and isothermal bag and once you return them you will receive your deposit. From July until November, regular customers will have first choice for fresh vegetables and they will be delivered at the same time. If you can come get your meals at the farm, the pick ups are on Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Please call before you arrive to allow us a moment to prepare your order.
